Conor Cradden is an independent researcher and writer based in France, just across the border from Geneva, Switzerland. He works in the areas of economic sociology, the sociology of work and employment, industrial relations, the labour movement, corporate social responsibility and business ethics.

Formerly head of research for a British public sector trade union, Conor Cradden now works principally with the global union federations and labour-oriented NGOs.  He specializes in two types of work: 'semi-academic' research journalism and in-depth policy analysis focussing on the logic and structure of arguments made in support of policy positions.
